Real Estate Program Simulation Tests

The web-based AMP sample real estate broker simulations are designed to help candidates become accustomed to taking simulation exams. Versions of these problems were originally created through a project sponsored by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. The software and format are identical to that used for the administration of AMP's simulation examinations. To use this software, you will need an HTML 4.0 compatible browser such as Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator with "cookies enabled."

Three sample problems are available at no charge by clicking on the Sample Simulations below. These sample simulations are intended to familiarize you with the format of the examination. They will help you learn how to take a simulation examination by making selections and moving through the sections. PLEASE NOTE: these simulations do not match content distribution or difficulty of an actual simulation examination. The scores you receive on the sample simulations will not predict the score you will obtain on an actual simulation examination for a variety of reasons.
