Real Estate Program Simulation Tests

The web-based AMP sample real estate broker simulations are designed to help candidates become accustomed to taking simulation examinations. These sample simulations are intended to familiarize you with the format of the examination. They will help you learn how to take a simulation examination by making selections and moving through the sections. To use this software, you will need an HTML 4.0 compatible browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator with “cookies enabled”.

PLEASE NOTE: These simulations do not represent the content or difficulty level to be expected in an actual broker simulation examination. Although the simulations are based on Real Estate content, the samples are not meant to help prepare you for the AMP National Broker Simulation exam content. The scoring information you will receive following each sample is intended to familiarize you with the simulation scoring system; however, the scoring on the samples has not been through the careful review process by subject matter experts to verify the appropriateness of the scoring. Scores on the sample simulations will not predict the score you will obtain on an actual simulation examination.
