Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a personable, highly skilled and extremely motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our corporate technology group in Kansas City. The full-time position offers a technologically stimulating environment. The position will require extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, upgrade and support computer equipment at numerous test center locations throughout the U.S.
- Perform Help Desk support to diagnose and troubleshoot PCs, networking, and security and business applications.
- Assist in the specification, recommendation, installation and ongoing support of various automated systems (including PCs, servers, networking equipment, communications systems, video conferencing facilities, and more.)
- Configure and build-out PCs and perform software upgrades.
- Perform backups, monitor server logs, maintain asset inventory and assist with other operational checklist items.
- Manage software licenses and maintenance agreements.
- Extensive travel and some weekend work is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of computer work related experiences.
- A+ and Network+ certifications are required. However, previous experience building and troubleshooting workstation/laptop systems will be considered.
- Must be MCP. MCSA or MCSE is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop and server O/Ss, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, security and authentication.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications installation, operation and support.

The Data Administrator will be responsible for processing data and funds in relation to client membership materials, including dues and certification renewals and related fees, meeting registration funds, merchandise orders, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy of individual client databases.
- Report statistics.
- Develop and generate client specific reports in relation to membership and meetings.
- Assist client teams as necessary with data related requests.
- Organize and conduct annual renewal processes as well as orchestrate database management in relation to event registration.

Requirements
- Proven experience in ASP.net web design and development required. Provide online portfolio with examples of design and development work.

The Test Development Specialist is trained in all tasks related to the development of Licensing and Credentialing Examinations under specific guidelines set forth by Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc., which adhere to the requirements detailed in each client’s contract and industry practices.

- Accurately editing items, item bank maintenance, assembling test forms, assisting with preliminary scoring reviews, interacting with clients, and directing/facilitating client meetings.
- The TDS provides test development expertise in all related client committee activities.
- Travel is required.

The Operations Technical Support Specialist handles all duties associated with a technical support help desk providing support to a network of more than 200 Assessment Centers nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
Providing technical support to assessment centers to troubleshoot server, workstation, printer, and/or candidate issues on the day of testing.
Maintaining data files, monitoring system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Maintaining a proprietary database for new client setup, assessment center tracking, online application and scheduling for all client programs.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to communicate by telephone and in writing with clients, proctors and testing candidates.
Excellent attention to detail.
