ATG operates a nationwide assessment network with hundreds of distributed servers and over 650 dedicated workstations for exam administration. Each workstation can be scheduled for multiple exam administrations daily through a real-time, online registration system.
ATG maintains major computing facilities in Kansas and South Carolina. ATG operates over 20 state-of-the-art production servers using the latest in RAID storage devices. Primary systems feature high capacity battery backup systems and ultra-reliable "fail over" technologies to backup servers. Servers and wide area networks incorporate multiple, redundant, high-speed Internet connections.
ATG operates multiple large scale database systems using both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server-and incorporates the latest .NET and other software technologies.
ATG operates hundreds of business productivity PCs for staff utilizing the latest Microsoft XP operating system and Office applications. All systems are protected by antivirus, antispam and security systems at the server and desktop level.
